For more than 65 years, The Original Las Casuelas has been a beloved part of the Coachella Valley. Since February 1958, when Maria and Florencio “Del” Delgado first brought their timeless recipes to Palm Springs, the Delgado family has continued to share their passion for great food, passing down their cherished traditions from one generation to the next.
